Courageous Conversations: BLACK IN THE C-SUITE featuring Dr. Helene Gayle with Kim Godwin

Amidst all the stories that the media portrays concerning strategic investments in diversity, inclusion and equality, stories about the impact of Black women in leadership are significantly underrepresented. To ensure those stories of Black women in leadership are highlighted, Spelman College continues its series, “Courageous Conversations: Black in the C-Suite.”

This episode features dialogue between President Helene Gayle and Kim Godwin, president of ABC News, as she shares her journey to making history as the first Black woman to lead a major broadcast news network, and shares insight on careers in the broadcast industry.
